My Story
Meet Racquel — Emotional Architect, Speaker, Founder of Design Psyche™ LLC
From the city streets of Chicago to the creative stages of Atlanta, Racquel’s journey has been anything but linear — but every detour, heartbreak, and breakthrough shaped the foundation she now teaches the world:
Healing isn’t hustle. Healing is architecture.
After earning her B.A. in Marketing Communication from Columbia College Chicago, Racquel pursued an acting career — but behind the bright lights, she battled silent wars: depression, deep despair, profound grief, and the slow erosion of self-trust.
In 2020, the loss of her greatest inspiration — her mother — became both a breaking and a becoming. Grief pushed her into the deepest spiral of her life. But it also ignited a sacred overdrive toward self-mastery, emotional resilience, and soul reconstruction.
Determined to redesign herself from the inside out, Racquel pursued her M.S. in Instructional Design for Technology at Full Sail University (graduating in 2022), while simultaneously battling the lingering effects of trauma, imposter syndrome, and identity loss. Through years of personal trauma, research, emotional intelligence studies, and self-reconstruction, Design Psyche™ was born.
Today, Racquel is a Coach, Consultant, and Strategist grounded in emotional intelligence—
a speaker, curriculum designer, and emotional architect — teaching others how to move from emotional survival into sovereign self-mastery.
Through her signature P.S.Y.C.H.E. Method™, Racquel equips individuals, organizations, and creators with the tools to redesign their emotional blueprints consciously, compassionately, and courageously.
